Le Syndicat Immortel est une organisation mystérieuse étudiée par Jun Ortoi, introduit dans la ligue Betrayal. Le joueur doit neutraliser les membres du Syndicat résidant dans la zone, puis les interroger pour obtenir des renseignements sur leur fief et leur chef, ou négocier avec eux de différentes manières. Les membres du syndicat peuvent déposer des objets voilés et les forteresses peuvent contenir diverses récompenses en fonction de la position et du rang des membres, y compris des scarabées.
